What do you suggest to improve our forum, and make it better, or easier to use? If you have any ideas for new catagories, smilies, etc. Just reply here and we'll make sure to consider them.

Thanks for this topic, it's just what I was looking for. I have a suggestion:

This is practically a health forum, why not include a section about food (Natural recipes, how to avoid preservitives and chemicals etc.)
