Oily Eyelids

I have oily skin and recently noticed that I have oily eyelids (never had much problems with my eye makeup smudging) but how do I keep my makeup from smudging?

I don't wear any foundation or face makeup.
For eyemakeup, I stick to eyeliner, regular mascara, and neutral eyeshadows.

hmm that is a toughie. Maybe try primer? I use the Bare pimer from Sephora though it is somewhat pricey... Here is a link

Yeah, its a real hard one. If it was your overall skin we would be talking about, then I wouls suggest this article:

But if soap or so gets into your eye...ouch.

Thanks for letting me know! I have been using the ELF Mineral Eye Shadow Primer and saw a review on it and the person said that it dried her eyelids (because hers was normal) so I thought it might dry out mines lol... not sure if it works like that though.. but I'm not complaining since I don't wear makeup all the time. Smile

You should try putting on some dry foundation on to your eye lids before the eye shadow...thats what people say works Smile

maybe some sort of matte powder. lol I honestly have no idea but when you mentioned oily I thought of dry shampoo.
